1.Bachelor degree in finance or other related fields.Accountant Qualification Certificate holder
2.At least 3 years related hands-on working experience in foreign invested company as accountant.
3.Familiar with accounting procedure and policy.
4.Familiar with ERP system, Oracle or SAP experience preferred.
5.High responsibility and a good team player.
6.Good writing and speaking in English.
7.Good communication skills
8.Strong knowledge of US GAAP is a must, as well as Chinese Tax regulations
9.Proficient in reading, speaking and writing in English. CET-8or CET 6 with good speaking English
职位职责：
1.Manage fixed asset in consistence with US and Chinese GAAP, monthly asset addition, depreciation and retirement;
2.Proper classification and accounting of Asset expenditures;
3.Manage Fixed Assets and maintain the CIP and Fixed Assets records;
4.Supporting GL management with Financial Reporting and monthly closing of both Corporate and Statutory books;
5.Prepare capital investment analysis and reconciliation of FA accounts with corporate staff
6.Co-coordination with Tax, A/P staff in China as well as the FA staff in headquarters;
7.Safeguarding of company assets and assisting internal auditing. Support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Assist external auditors & tax agent on FA audit, tax reporting.

3.Inter-company assets transactions
4.Internal and external CEA application and maintenance
5.CIP and expensed assets tracking and accounting
6.Assisting internal and external audits and SOX compliance
