Position Summary: Manage the business with existing direct customers and maintain long term relationships with target customers. Develop new customers with clear target customer strategies. Increase sales and services with target customers including existing base of customers. Participate as a team member within sales developing strategies for specific accounts and contributing to overall effectiveness of the department and their understanding of chosen markets and competition.

Essential Accountabilities:
1.Identify target customers within the target markets. Achieve assigned sales target of both amount and gross margin.

2.Working with Sales Manager to develop specific pricing strategies for customers to win business.

3.Provide needs and competitive analysis specific to the customer. Identify likely competitive response scenario and Placon’s counter.

4.Stay abreast of competitive influences and changes and feed back specific experience with competition to organization.

4.Develop an understanding of customer’s market and stay current with trends in customers market. Be a resource of information for customer in market changes and technology trends influencing the customer’s market.

5.Make effective use of selling tools through customized selling approaches, and selling proposals to individual customer circumstances.

6.Maintain specific records on accounts.

7.Communicate in written and verbal form frequently with team and other members at Placon to provide customer needs and help align decisions in the best interest of both Placon and the customer.

8.Provide input in tradeshow planning: What trade shows to attend. Participate at tradeshows from set up to tear down. Visit trade shows where we can find our target market.

9.In conjunction with Placon Products planning, develop specific target market strategies for yearly planning horizon. Work with Sales Manager to establish goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
Colleague degree required.
大专学历
Proven Track Record of at least 2 years of sales success.

Reasonable writing and reading English.
Oral communication ability in English is required for Food Account Manager
