Job Responsibility
1.Monitor quality performance of production process and provide timely feedback to production department for corrective action.
2.Monitor and analyze process capability of production processed (molding, coating and assembly)
3.Support new project transfer
4.Manage IPQC (functional)
5.Customer quality feedback and complaints handle.
6.Conduct product audit
Requirements
Bachelor degree with optical or plastic or mechanical specialty
Minimum 5-8 years working experiences as quality engineer in plastic or optical industry. 2 years experiences as team leader or supervisor. 2 years cusotmer complaints handling experience
Strong SPC knowledge and quality data analysis ability
Fluent English both in reading, writing and speaking
Office software is required
Proactive communication skill
Problem solving skill
Certified Supplier Quality Engineer is preferred
ISO9001 or ISO/TS16949 qualified internal auditor is preferred.
