Report to the Project Manager and work together as an integral member of the site team.
Support & execute engineering work of project, or assigned to site to execute the site management
Support for project schedule and quality control, discipline resource estimate.
Responsible for coordination and inspection of mechanical design and installations on building projects.
Review the mechanical drawings of Design Firm
Resolve site issues, issue site instructions and prepare reports.
Qualification and Skills:
Relevant college degree or above
a minimum of 5 years of building construction experience, have worked on foreign invested building projects and have a full understanding of international clients’ expectations and standards
Have general knowledge of all disciplines of mechanical systems, including HVAC, Fire Services, Plumbing and Drainage
Have knowledge of requirements of international fire insurance companies such as FM/UL/NFPA would be an advantage
Good team work spirit
Able to read / write / communicate in English and Chinese.
