EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in Engineering
YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCES: 5 years or above

Responsibility:
1.Oversee the safety of the maintenance department and ensure plant equipment is suitable and available for safe production, environmental compliance and required quality specifications.
2.Develop and/or otherwise transfer and implement maintenance systems for the safe and effective maintenance of all plant equipment.
3.Responsible for a strong Safety focus and attitude for maintenance employees and contractors ensuring Ferro safety rules and procedures are adhered to.
4.Coordinates and provides direct supervision to all maintenance direct and contract personnel assuring that all maintenance work performed complies with appropriate Ferro and industrial standards.
5.Performs, coordinates, and provides direct supervision of all engineering work for capital projects. Coordinates and directs outside contractors through solicitation of bids, evaluating proposals, safety and work performance auditing, and documenting performances assuring that all contract work complies with appropriate Ferro and industrial high standards.
6.Identify and recommend projects for the improvement of efficiency, improvement of quality and reduction of operating costs.
7.Support plant operations in addressing mechanical, technical or process issues
8.Maintain equipment files and update all files under the site’s MOC process
9.Manage department to ensure work is accomplished within budget.
