任职要求： -Bachelor’s degree and above in engineering or related technical field.工程或相关专业本科学历;
-CET4英语四级;
-At least 3 years experience in quality management至少3年供应商质量管理经验;
-Have knowledge and experience of ISO9001: 2000 quality system. TS16949 experi-ence is preferable.有ISO9001:2000质量体系知识和经验。熟悉TS16949体系优先;
-Have strong communication skill and team work spirit to work with other employee熟练的沟通技巧和良好的团队合作精神;
-Have background of mechanical manufacture is preferred有机械制造行业工作背景者优先.

. Perform supplier Quality audit and support purchaser to do new supplier assessment. 执行供应商质量审核并协助采购做新供应商评估.
. Train and improve supplier’s quality awareness continual and make sure that suppliers Mastered all Grundfos’s requirements well. 培训和持续提高供应商的质量意识并保证格兰富的标准被供应商很好的理解和掌握.
. Support and manage supplier Quality in order to get improvement continued.支持和管理供应商的质量以获得持续的改进.
. Manage the supplier documents, supplier audit report,supplier quality performance report and so on.管理供应商文件,比如供应商审核报告,供应商质量表现报告.
. Evaluate and feedback quality performance to supplier and follow up big Quality case of suppliers’corrective actions with SQC timely.评估供应商的质量表现并反馈给供应商，协同工厂SQC及时追踪供应商重大质量问题的纠正措施.
. Make the monthly and quarterly report regarding supplier quality performance and Report to GPC management and Group regularly. 针对供应商质量表现制作月度和季度报告,并定时向GPC管理层和集团汇报.
. Make the yearly supplier quality performance evaluation. 供应商年度评估.
. Support to improve the procedure of supplier quality management. 协助改善供应商质量管理流程.
