Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Quality and industrial of Mechanical.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, QS9000/ TS16949 requirements.
- Knowledge of 6 sigma and lean manufacturing requirements
- Able to work independently, prioritizes, and handles multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English & Chinese.
- High degree of integrity, honesty, and business ethics.
- Minimum of 5 years experience and 2 years management experience..
- Experience with elevator and escalator is preferred
Position Specification:
- Formulate Supplier Development strategies, procedures and processes.
- Perform Supplier Quality plus and process Audits.
- Assist the parts PQCS and strictly follow the sample approval procedure
- Support and follow up supplier customer complaint handling on time.
- Monitor and report Supplier Performance and execute the monthly penalty
- Monitor and report Supplier CAR (Corrective Action Report) process.
- Training and improve the supplier about the quality tools such as CP, 7 tools, GR&R,
MSA, SPC and others
- Other duties as assigned.
